FC Krasnodar has completed the first winter training camp with a scrimmage against MŠK Žilina. The game turned out to be both spectacular and packed with goals. The black-greens scored twice before the interval. At first Krychowiak met a high cross from Wanderson from a corner kick, and then Spertsyan made good use of Botheim’s pass with a shot from inside the box. The Žlto-Zelení retaliated on the 37th minute with a free kick combination that resulted in a shot on an empty goal, and so Minárik brought the intrigue back into the game.

The Bulls began the second half with a plethora of scoring chances. Claesson alone could have scored twice, but he missed the target from killing positions. And yet, the Bulls finally succeeded in scoring their third goal. Botheim recorded his second assist in the game while Chernikov fired the ball into the top corner of the net with a shot from 18 meters.

The Slovaks managed to shorten the gap, but no more than that. It was Galčík who finalized the second wave of attack with a powerful shot. At the death both teams were launching attacks against each other with equal chances, but the score did not change. The Bulls have effectively achieved their first win under the management of Daniel Farke.
