Daniel Farke Has Become the Krasnodar Head Coach

A contract has been signed with the German specialist until mid-2024

On 13 January 2022 the German specialist Daniel Farke became the Head Coach of the Bulls. Edmund Riemer became his assistant at FC Krasnodar with Christopher John and Chris Domogalla supplementing the coaching staff.

Daniel Farke was born on 30 October 1976 in Steinhausen an der Rottum, Germany. He took up football when he was young, and he played as a striker for clubs of the lower German football divisions, SV Lippstadt 08, SV Wilhelmshaven, SV Meppen, and Bonner SC.

Farke began his coaching career in 2009 with the SV Lippstadt 08 club. Under his management Lippstadt got elevated from the sixth tier of German football to the fourth while Daniel became the most successful coach in club history. In 2015 Farke became the boss of Borussia Dortmund II, the reserve team of the famous Dortmund club. He managed the team for two seasons.

On 25 May 2017 Daniel Farke signed a two-year contract with Norwich City F.C. that was later extended. Over four years he saw Norwich promoted to the English Premier League twice. Following the results of November 2018 he was also recognized as the EFL Championship Manager of the Month.

On 13 January 2022 Daniel Farke signed a contract with FC Krasnodar that will be valid until 30 June 2024.
