The third win over the PFC Krylia Sovetov Samara this season did not come lightly for the Bulls. In the first forty-five minutes of the game the visitors successfully constrained the black-green attacks and went as far as to bring threat of their own to the goal guarded by Safonov now and then. It seemed as if the home team was able to win the upper hand after the interval, but a red card shown to Petrov mid through the second half messed things up for the players led by Murad Musayev. In the end the outcome of the game was decided late in the injury time, when the Krasnodar centre-back Uroš Spajić arrived to the opposite box and earned a penalty kick that was accurately executed by Viktor Claesson.
