After an away 2-1 defeat in Spain FC Krasnodar had to win against Valencia CF at home. The Bulls played passionately the whole game and came very short of reaching this goal. On the 85th minute a fantastic strong and accurate shot from the corner of the box fired by Magomed Shapi-Suleymanov found its target. The ball plunged into the top corner of the away net a few inches away from the upper 90. Alas, it was literally a few seconds that prevented the the black-greens from keeping the good 1-0 score till the full-time. With the injury time almost over an equalizing goal was scored by Gonçalo Guedes. A 1-1 tie as an outcome, hence the Spanish Bats go to the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals.
