The 33-year-old defender Renat Yanbayev joined the black-green squad as he moved to FC Krasnodar as a free agent.
Renat is once a bronze medalist of the Russian Football Championship and twice the Russian Cup winner, an achievement he recorded with his former club, FC Lokomotiv Moscow. He is also a UEFA Euro 2008 bronze medalist with Team Russia even though he never made a single appearance on a field of play during that memorable tournament. In total Yanbayev capped 12 times for the national team; the last game of those was played in 2012.
In June this year the contract between Renat Yanbayev and FC Lokomotiv Moscow expired, so he moved to FC Krasnodar as a free agent. Once the player passed a medical examination, he signed a 2-year work contract with our Club. Renat has already begun preparing for the new season with the rest of the Bulls.
