Meanwhile Oleg Kononov’s team achieved a hard-earned victory

On 26 January the Bulls held their first session of the UAE training camp involving almost the full squad as Russia national team’s midfielder Roman Shirokov (who was loaned from FC Spartak Moscow by FC Krasnodar until the end of the season) resumed training with his teammates after being sick.

Almost is the word as one more football player of the black-greens, defender Artur Jędrzejczyk, is still staying “in the infirmary”, and he will keep staying there for quite a while. He goes on with his recovery program in Dubai under control of the Club medical service.

For the other team members today’s training schedule seemed a bit relaxed in comparison with the previous days of the camp thanks to Monday schedule providing just for two sessions instead of three. The first session in the morning was not a long one (it lasted only 45 minutes), but rather intensive. Under the guidance of the fitness coach Nicolae Rusu the Bulls did a bit of running work and also some exercises aimed for a better stretching and various muscle group strengthening.

The remaining coaching staff and some members of the Club personnel were engaged in their first mini football skirmish this year which was won in a most tenacious fight by the Blue team under the leadership of Oleg Kononov who crushed the opposition of the Red team with the final score 6:5.

For the second session of the day the focus will be on playing drills and practicing the tactical aspects the way it was in the previous days. The video review of Monday, 26 January, will appear on the Club website in the evening as usual. Don’t miss it!
