Iceland Keeps Surprising the Football Europe!

On 13 October the matches of UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying had a place in several more groups. For the supporters of FC Krasnodar the fixture in Reykjavík, where Iceland national team hosted a game vs. Netherlands, was of the most interest.

Ragnar Sigurðsson, the defender of the Bulls, once again performed beyond praise as did whole Iceland national team which achieved the third perfect victory in a row with its clean sheet intact. The bronze medalists of the recent FIFA World Cup were defeated 2:0, and both goals were scored before the half time by the striker Gylfi Þór Sigurðsson of the home team. Also, on 13 October the forward FC Krasnodar-2, Nikolay Komlichenko made an appearance for Russia national U-21 team in a friendly game vs. Budapest Honvéd FC from Hungary. The match ended with a 2:1 score in favor of the Budapest team. Komlichenko made the starting 11 and was substituted on the 35th minute. This game brought closure to the training camp of the Russia national U-21 team in Hungary.
