Artur Jędrzejczyk Made an Assist for Poland National Team

Akhmedov assisted Uzbekistan national team in defeating UAE

On 14 October the last matches of the national teams in October took place. Some of those were official fixtures, others were friendly games. In these matches two players of FC Krasnodar took to the field.    

Defender Artur Jędrzejczyk made a starting lineup and played full 90 minutes for Poland national team which tied 2:2 at home with Scotland. Owing to the goal by halfback Krzysztof Mączyński the home team took the lead in the game, but the representatives of the British Isles replied to this with the precise shots by Shaun Maloney and Steven Naismith. The balance was restored on the 76th minute by Arkadiusz Milik’s equalizer, and in this particular episode he was assisted by Artur Jędrzejczyk. After MD 3 the Polish are now the sole leaders of the Group D table with 7 points.

Midfielder Odil Akhmedov also played full 90 minutes in a match of his national team: Uzbekistan defeated 4:0 the United Arab Emirates national team in an away friendly game.  

Jędrzejczyk and Akhmedov will resume their training with FC Krasnodar squad on 16 October.
